About Carole Legon
I love to see women who are comfortable and confident in their skins no matter what their shape or size.I work with those who perhaps feel they have lost some of their VaVaVoom or misplaced their mojo.
I want people to be the best they can be and use a variety of techniques to help them make the changes they want, to eliminate any negative feelings and emotions and help them shine.
I take a holistic approach to my clients concerns where we can look for the cause of the problem in order to explore the best way forward for them.
I would consider my style to be empathetic, friendly and creative.
I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, a licensed Hypno Band practitioner and licensed EFT practitioner
I am an Associate Member of The British Society of Clinical Hypnotherapists,
a member of CIPD,
a certified Master NLP Practitioner,
a Reiki Master and Trainer.
